I entered mortgage banking in 1971 and have remained in this profession continuously.  My educational background includes undergraduate studies at Furman University and graduate studies at the University of Georgia Graduate School of Real Estate. I’ve participated as finance instructor for one of the largest real estate schools in Texas and I still participate in the continuing education courses provided by the Texas Real Estate Commission.

After working as branch manager for two national mortgage banking companies, I chartered Gulf Coast Mortgage in 1988, and currently originate home loans in the Houston area as well as throughout the State of Texas.  I was named "2001 Residential Affiliate Of The Year" by the Bay Area Board of Realtors.

The real estate industry and particularly the lending segment are constantly changing. My goal is to apply my knowledge and professionalism to your mortgage application and make your purchase or refinance transaction as problem free as possible.
